NEW ARMANI FACE - RIHANNA

Dopo l'attrice Megan Fox che è stata il testimonial di Armani Jeans e Underwear della collezione primavera - estate 2011, sul palco, come una vera sorpresa appare niente meno che Rihanna. Rihanna infatti sarà il nuovo testimonial per Armani Jeans e Armani Underwear della collezione autunno - inverno 2011/12. Adesso ci chiediamo... chi sarà il nuovo testimonial maschile. Comunque, per le foto ( Steven Klein ) dobbiamo aspettare il prossimo settembre ( foto già circola in interent )... e secondo me, visto che come protagonista abbiamo Rihanna,  possiamo aspettare qualcosa spettacolare.Vedremo...  ;)

After the acctres Megan Fox, who has been the face of Armani Jeans and Armani Underwear for the spring - summer 2011, this time on stage, as a real surprise we have no less then Rihanna. Rihanna in fact, will be the new testimonial for Armani Jeans and Armani Underwear for autumn -winter collection 2011/12.  Now we wonder... who will be thew face for man line. Anyway, for the photos (Steven Klein )we'll have to wait 'till next september ( for now we have just one )... and in my oppinion, since we have Rihanna as a protagonist, we can expect something spectacular. We'll see...  ;)

Wearable Food - Sung Yeon Ju

Tutti abbiamo notato l'abito fatto di carne di Lady Gaga ( stilista Franc Fernandez ), che ci ha fatto diverse impressioni. Adesso invece andiamo oltre del possibile. Sung Yeon Ju, artista sud coreana, ha realizzato una linea di vestiti, fatti di materiale che si può mangiare - WEARABLE FOOD. Le creazioni di Sung sono vere opere d'arte, una via tra arte e moda ( direi che vince la parte artistica ), fatte di pomodori, banane, melanzane, funghi... perfino alla cipolla. Anche se dureranno poco tempo, i capi rimangono come testimonial dell'immensa creatività dell'artista.

We all have noticed the meat dress of Lady Gaga ( designer Franc Fernandez ), and we had a differnet reactions. But now we'll go beyond the possible. Sung Yeon Ju, south korean artist, has created a line of clothes, made of material that can be eaten - WEARABLE FOOD. Sung's creations are true piece of art, something between art and fashion ( I think that artistic part of it wins), made of tomatoes, bananas, eggplant, mushrooms...even the onion. Even if the collection last for a short time, the clothes will remain as testimonials of the great and amazing Sung's creativity.

Emma Watson per Alberta Ferretti - PURE THREADS

Dopo la grande trasformazione da piccola Hermiona alla donna di stile, Emma Watson non si ferma di sorprenderci. L'attrice, ma non solo. Emma è apparsa su diverse riviste come modella ( Vogue, Elle, Vanity Fair...), è stata fotografata da diversi fotografi famosi ( Karl Lagerfeld, Mario Testino... ), ha rappresentato la casa di moda di Burberry e recentemente è stata scelta come testimonial di Lancome.

A parte di questo, per quelli che non sanno, Emma nel febbraio 2010, ha lanciato ufficialmente la sua collezione di vestiti eco-sostenibili, chiamata "Love from Emma", nata come collaborazione con brand eco moda - People Tree. 

Decisa di diventare designer, ha fatto un passo avanti  nella collaborazione con Alberta Ferretti, creando la mini linea chiamata " PURE THREADS ", sempre combattendo insieme a natura. La collezione è disponibile dal 21 Marzo 2011 , ed è totalmente realizzata con materiali organici. 

Concluderò con la parola di Emma:

"È un enorme passo avanti per la moda internazionale ma anche per chi crede nei valori dell’ecologia. "

After the gretat trasformation from little Hermione to the woman with style, Emma Watson doesn't stop to surprising us. The atress, but not only. Emma has appeared in several magazines as a model ( Vogue, Elle, Vanity Fair...), she was photographed by several famous photographers ( Karl Lagerfeld, Mario Testino... ), she also rapresented the fashion house Burberry and recently was chosen as the face of Lancome.

Anyway, for those who don't know, Emma in February 2010, has officially launched eco-friendly collection called  "Love from Emma", born as a collaboration with eco friendly brand house - People Tree.

 Determined to become a designer, she has taken a step forward in collaboration with italian fashion desiger Alberta Ferretti, creating the mini line, called  " PURE THREADS ", always fighting together with nature. The collection is available from 21 March 2011, and is fully realized with organic materials.

Pitti Immagine - Pitti Filati 69

Dal 5 al 7 luglio si è svolta l'ultima fase di Pitti Immagine - la 69ma edizione di Pitti Filati. Il tema di questa edizione dello Spazio Ricerca, si basa sullo sviluppo sostenibile e sul metodo eco-etico della  moda, presentando "Recyclethic". Recyclethic presenta riciclo della maglieria, ed il risultato è un'incredibile unione tra tradizione e contemporaneo. Sono d'accordo quando dicono che, questa è una delle migliori edizioni fin'ora. In seguto vi allego delle foto.

From 5 to 7 july was held the last phase of  Pitti Immagine - the 69th edition of Pitti Filati. The theme of this edition of Space Research is based on sustainable development and eco-ethical approach to fashion, presenting the "Recyclethic". Recyclethic presents the recycled knitwear, where as the result we have the incredibly combination of traditional and contemporary. I agree when they say that this edition is one of the most beautiful so far. Followe the attached photos.

Venerdì, 1 luglio ( per poi proseguire altri due giorni ) , la top model Kate Moss ha detto SI. La cerimonia si è tenuta alla chiesa di St Margaret ( Little Faringdon ), e un party lungo tre giorni nella villa della top model, che oltre al matrimonio, è stato anche un'occasione per farsi vedere e splendere negli abiti creati dai grandi designer. In seguito alcune delle foto dal matrimonio, oppure quello che ci interessa di più...gli abiti degli sposi  ;)


Kate ha indossato bellissimo abito, semplice  e elegante, con le linee sinuose, disegnato per lei da John Galliano, fatto in seta e tulle con le applicazioni di Swarovski.
Le damigelle erano vestite con abiti di Stella McCartney.
Lo sposo, Jamie Hince per il suo matrimonio ha scelto un completo grigio firmato da YSL.

Friday, the 1st of July ( and then another two days ), the top model Kate Moss sad YES. The ceremony was held at the curch of St Margaret ( Little Faringdon ), and the long party of tree days at the Kate's villa. More then a marriage, this was a great occasion to "shine" and be seen in the wonderful dresses created by great names of fashion industry. Here you have some pictures from the wedding, or better, what we are more interested in ...the wedding dress  ;)


Kate wore beautiful dress, simple and elegant, designed for her by John Galliano, made of silk and tulle with Swarovski.
The bridesmaids were dressed in Stella McCartney dresses.
Jamie Hince for his wedding chose the gray suit, signed by YSL.

Ok..ieri, in tutta Italia,  sono iniziati gli sconti estivi ( credo che lo sapiamo tutti ), 02.07.11, e avranno una durata di sessanta giorni.Questa volta si è stabilita una data nazionale per l'inizio, quindi la mattinata era euforica ovunque. Svegli dalle 8h, il caffè, le scarpe comode, amici e si vaaaaaaaaaaa...si considera col portafoglio ben "arredato". Il primo giorno è sempre migliore, perché ancora ci sono tutte le taglie,però bisogna stare attenti e pazienti... perché i veri sconti cominceranno all'esaurimento di roba. Poi vi servirà una fortuna per trovare la taglia desiderata.

Ancora una cosa ...divertiteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeviiii   ;)))

Le regole d'oro:

1. conservate gli scontrini almeno un periodo, forse nella confusione non avete visto bene...vi servirà

2. state attenti di prendere il capo scontato della stagione in corso

3. fate la lista delle cose che vi servono e avete in considerazione il budget preparato

Ok...yesterday, in all Italy, has started summer discounts (think that we all know about it ), 02.07.11 and will last, more or less, for sixty days. This time there is an established national date for the beginning of discounts, so the morning was euphoric anywhere. Wake up - 8am, coffee, comfortable shoes, friends and gooooooooooooooo...it's considered with you "furnished"wallet. The first day is always better, cause you still have all sizes, but be careful and patient...because the real discounts begin running out of stuff. 

But then, you'll need a fortune to find the size you need.

Still one thing...have fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuun.  ;)))

The golden rules:

1. keep all receipts for one period, perhaps in the middle of confusion you haven't seen well...then you'll need it

2. be careful to take the right discounted item from this season

3. it's good to make a list of things you need and consider you prepared budget
